How many neighbors only vote at presidential or governor levels?
How many state assembly or senators know what you want?\

Some things that are wrong with government:
What we need is a congress that knows and follows the constitution. Following to me means that we abide by what is written and are slow to give our interpretation for fear the hallowed rules will be changed.
In manufacturing there is Quality Control and or Quality Assurance. In both of these efforts or protocols the key is to set up a procedure that results in a finished program or product.
The essential element is to do it correctly. Plan it, discuss it, and design, it to be certain it meets the objective. The Affordable Care Act was planned by one side and not discussed and the objective seems to be all wrong.
Support Defunding. If there are good things we can adopt but write the president and hope he reads. Write Congress, especially the one who claims to have written it. Write to R. Andrews he must be made to see the light and participate in its being done correctly. Defund!
Telemarketers - fooey, not that I want another law!
Our government passed a law to help us enjoy the
peace and comfort of our homes or life style, but they either made the law so
weak or it is non-enforceable? Millions of us signed up for the “Dot Not Call
Registry.” It worked for a while then the clever salesmen found ways and means
to circumvent the intent of the program. I do not care if you are engaged in
anything from driving, to doing house work, or taking a nap, it is certain the
phone will ring. Bless those who work night shifts and might be having an
afternoon with their spouse. The phone rings and you fidget to get it from your
pocket or walk to the cradle in another room. Yes it is Ann from Card Services
or some other finagling outfit does not have the courtesy to allow their name
to come through on the caller I. D. You can pay to have a number blocked but
they call from an unblocked number.
After what has been written into the Federal
Register we continue to be harassed in our privacy or engaged in tasks that
require our attention. If our Congressman Andrews could spend his efforts
writing the Affordable Care Act, which does not seem to be suitable for
implementation, why can’t he put the bug in someone’s’ ear to correct the ‘Do
No Call Registry’ and enforce a law that works.
