This Bill A2006 passed in the Assembly on 3.20.14 by a vote of 46 yeas to 31 nays is clear infringement and a violation of our civil rights as per the peoples covenant with our governments as put forth in the Bill of Rights.

The following is the form that must be filled out in order to purchase a firearm.

Section 28
Are you presently, or have you ever been a member of any organization which advocates or approves the commission of acts of force and violence, either to overthrow the Government of the United States or of this State,

If yes, list name and address of organization. We will list the name for you.

The NJ State Assembly
Trenton, NJ
If you answered the form truthfully you could not obtain a gun permit

The 2nd Amendment in the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution reads as follows.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This Bill S993 is a clear infringement of our rights.

In addition.

Magazine bans are also completely arbitrary and do nothing to provide security for the children in our schools.

This Bill will make instant criminals of law abiding citizens.

To the 46 of you who voted yea: are you proud of yourselves for this?
To the 31 of you who showed intelligence and common sense by voting nay “We the people” offer our most heartfelt thanks.
