Subject: Open letter of request for corrective actions as related to the Affordable Care Act

Gentlemen;

As a New Jersey Citizen I am appealing to you as members of Congress for the initiation of corrective actions. The entering of personal information into the internet as required by the Affordable Care Act is placing the citizens of this State as well as the Citizens of the United States as subjects to easy access for bank fraud or other felonious activities. Please initiate immediate steps to protect us. I am a citizen and have been subject through doctor offices that are compelled to enter our records into the ACA required data base. As an example during my wife’s first visit to a specialist, she was given an I-pad and told to enter her information into this device to facilitate the entry to the internet data base. I told her to give the I-pad back to the receptionist.

Since you are not subject to the ACA please consider the risk of publishing your Social Security Numbers, home addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data on the internet. This will place you in the same risk as we, the other citizens.

Sincerely Yours

Gerald Keer
