It was a special day:
We stopped for gasoline off Interstate 495 west of Boston. As I pumped the gas I heard the announcement on a speaker adjacent to the fuel island: "all of the subways are shut down". Not knowing what had happened I went to the clerk and asked what was going on. He told me of the horror. We drove a about ten miles and decided to stop for breakfast. As We entered the Denny's a television had been set on a chair in the foyer. At that time we witnessed the second plane crash.
We were on our way to visit Plymouth Rock and quietly drove on as the terrible news was broadcast. Why were we in the area. To visit our daughter and son-in-law on a tragic day from seven years prior. The date we will never get from our minds, it was the anniversary loss of our youngest child's.
The day has since become more tragic with another tragedy repeated in Benghazi.
Our President swore the culprits of the second assault would be brought to justice.
After years of wars and few points of justice we will never forget.
Only those who could have prevented, and those who could have brought justice will ever be adjudicated for the incompetence. This like December 7, 1941 haunts the United States from history till today.
Benghazi Attacker Gets 22 Years, Disappointing Prosecutors, Who Sought Life
The sworn words of our leader still are pending as related to the twin towers attack. That trial is scheduled what will the verdict be.
