Democrataxes

This was just received and has not been verified but it sounds correct. I found no conflicting information on SNOPES.

In case you didn't notice, here is what happened on January 1, 2014:

Top Medicare tax went from 1.45% to 2.35%
Top Income tax bracket went from 35% to 39.6%
Top Income payroll tax went from 37.4% to 52.2%
Capital Gains tax went from 15% to 28%
Dividends tax went from 15% to 39.6%
Estate tax went from 0% to 55%

Remember: if you have money, the Democrats want it.  These taxes were
all passed under the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) only with Democrat votes; no Republicans voted for these taxes.

If you think it important that everyone in the U.S. knows this, pass it on.

Never Mess with the Queen of the Netherlands!

Even the "normal" ones are fanatics!

At a Dutch orchestral concert staged Friday, 09 May, 2012, with Queen Beatrix attending, the conductor, who just happens to be Muslim, proceeds to give the Queen a lecture on the "beauty" of Islam, exhorting her to worship Allah. As he rants, the members of the Orchestra stage a walkout!

Great to see people with the courage of their convictions!

I guess politicians can count $$$$ !

http://njconservativeonline.wordpress.com/2013/10/16/sweeneys-cronies-taxpayer-rip-offs-3/
Sweeney’s cronies: Taxpayer rip-offs?
Pocketed more than $1 million as a political consultant while employed by the county.

Call them his SUPERMEN.

They’re Senate President Steve Sweeney’s cronies who get paid for the work of two or three or even four people for jobs done simultaneously. These cronies are truly amazing – one even has three careers – and when they attract the attention of the media, Senator Steve Sweeney is there to defend them with always the same claim:
“They work nights and weekends.”

Take the case of Mr. Robert N. DiLella. He has an important job. Not only is he supposed to maintain records on everything the Freeholder Board does, he is supposed to supervise other public employees – and he is the county’s public information officer – responsible for handling open records requests from citizens and journalists alike. His responsibilities don’t end there. Along with the Director of the Freeholder Board, the Clerk of the Board is authorized to execute agreements, contracts, and administer funds.

As Gloucester County Freeholder Director, Senator Steve Sweeney appointed DiLella to the job of Clerk of the Freeholder Board. It should be a full time job, according to DiLella himself his 2012 salary was $83,326. Unfortunately for the taxpayers who pay him, being the Clerk of the Freeholder Board isn’t really what DiLella does. In 2006, the Courier-Post reported on how DiLella was doing political work for the same politicians who were supposed to be supervising him on the Freeholder Board. The Courier quoted an ethics expert who said it was a “conflict” and noted that DiLella had pocketed $654,621 in fees for his political work.

Go to DiLella’s twitter page and it explains that he is a “Political Consultant” who is “President/ CEO Strategic Message Design Group”, a political consulting firm with clients from around the United States, in China, and from the Caribbean – including the Prime Minister of the Island of Aruba. His corporate clients include Valero Energy, the Palm Beach Civic Association, and the Aruba Hotel &Tourism Association.

Looking at DiLella’s recent “tweets” gives you no idea that he holds an important county job paid for by Gloucester County’s taxpayers:
“SMDG Client has passed Miguel Pourier was of great significance for our Country - CuraƧao Chronicle: http://www.curacaochronicle.com/main/miguel-pourier-/#.UVJM3hyAob4.twitter
Florida elects their judges have signed 3 for the 2014 cycle ... Still not sure this is the best way to seat judges!
At Emerald Society Breakfast in Ft. Lauderdale honoring SMDG clients Mayor Jack Seiler and Judge Dale Ross

From his Florida clients alone, DiLella pocketed $723,191.

Before you wonder how someone with the responsibilities of the Clerk of the Freeholder Board can also manage a pretty happening political consulting firm – stop, because that’s only half the story. Robert N. DiLella is also the Chairman of the Gloucester County Pollution Authority AND the owner of a business called Cruise Outlets & Travel. All of this is what DiLella himself lists on the personal financial disclosure statement he is required to file each year, under penalty of law.

What is Cruise Outlets & Travel? Well, according to the information it provided a business website, it takes in between $1 million and $5 million each year – and DiLella is the owner!

How does he juggle a full-time job paid for by the taxpayers, a lucrative political consulting career, a second government appointment, and a second business too? Well, it’s that same old story Sweeney likes to tell. In 2006, DiLella told the Courier-Post that he worked “nights and weekends” to do it all.

That doesn’t seem to ring true though. For one thing, in DiLella’s biography on the Cruise Outlets & Travel website it brags that he has vacationed in Aruba “over 100 times”.

You do the math.
------------------------------------------

As Clerk of the Freeholder Board, one of Bob DiLella’s more important roles is to oversee county employees like Michelle Coryell. She’s paid $90,000 a year as a full-time county employee while being paid $50,000 a year to be the District 03 legislators’ chief-of-staff. On top of this, she gets another $33,000 to run Senator Steve Sweeney’s political operation.

It’s clear somebody isn’t getting what they paid for… any doubt that it’s the county taxpayers who are getting ripped-off?

Somebody has got to look into the kind of operation being run out of the office of the Clerk of the Gloucester County Freeholder Board. A complete review of how their time is being spent and on what – for the money the taxpayers pay them – is called for.

Change the Constitituion

The Constitution assigns legislative duties to the Congress and assures our rights by defining what government does not have the authority to circumvent or infringe upon. We have a government that continually finds itself with the need for legislation to attempt to correct its past creations. The congress passing laws where they delegate the methods of enforcement to agencies is very un-American.  We must stop federal agencies such as the HHS and IRS from being oppressive bureaucracies.
Who is this dictator, Obama who assumes he has the right to change the ACA and our immigration laws? The ACA legislation made massive changes to our system of health care and made it worse by the assigning HHS and the IRS the methods of enforcement. This, while the president sets aside portions of the ACA which cause him political embarrassments. One embarrassment is incentivizing part time employment for the working class. The Congressmen and Senators that passed the ACA are un-American.
EPA assumed the right to limit the methods of electric generation.  If carbon burning is a violation, then shut down all fuel consumption. Stop people from; using fireplaces, heating of homes, schools or hospitals and driving their automobiles. Let Obama and the EPA use sunlight. Our Declaration of Independence makes it clear the government draws it powers from the consent of the people. To dissolve this president’s proclamations, and do it within the structure of our Constitution, an amendment that any Presidential fiat cannot changes a law without Congress approval. We the people can force this rascal to stop changing laws by his desires.

Is Paul Ryan one of us?

Leadership:

Rep. Paul Ryan has stepped forward with a bold plan to reform the welfare system so it's more fair and effective — which is why the Democratic Party will oppose it.

"My thinking is, get rid of these bureaucratic formulas," Ryan said. "Put the emphasis on results."

Makes sense.

By replacing 11 different government welfare programs that don't work with state-based programs that do, the Ryan plan would encourage those on the dole to be more productive.

Ryan, the Wisconsin Republican, has become one the most passionate critics of our dysfunctional, politically driven welfare system — which means he's a real danger to the liberal politicians who profit from its existence. His new plan, "Expanding Opportunity in America," isn't radical, though it's already being called that by the left-leaning media and Democrats in Congress.
Indeed, his plan is completely commonsensical and premised on one big idea: Take welfare out of the hands of the uncaring, incompetent federal bureaucracy in Washington, and give it back to the states — where things like welfare and education properly belong.
Ryan would do this by giving the money now spent on welfare back to the states in the form of Opportunity Grants. But it's not just money. It's also the flexibility to shape spending and programs to meet local needs.

"My thinking is, get rid of these bureaucratic formulas," Ryan said. "Put the emphasis on results."
Makes sense. By replacing 11 different government welfare programs that don't work with state-based programs that do, the Ryan plan would encourage those on the dole to be more productive.

Key to Ryan's innovative plan is that states and welfare recipients will together shape an individual plan so that welfare doesn't become a way of life.
A recipient might agree, for instance, to apply for a job. Or stay off drugs. Or go to school. The point is, the old "money for nothin'" welfare model would die.
"What do we know about the poor?" Ryan asked earlier this year. "They're less likely to have graduated from high school. They're less likely to work full time. And they're less likely to have gotten married before they had kids."
Yet our current welfare system encourages all these negative behaviors by punishing work.
Even though we've spent over $20 trillion on welfare since the War on Poverty began in 1964, today, in the richest nation on Earth, 47 million people remain poor — about 15% of the population.
Just as bad, nearly half of all Americans get a check from the government. This seems benign, but it's a recipe for growing dependence on government — contrary to our nation's founding principles, which encouraged self-reliance, hard work and individual responsibility.
Our current welfare system is inexcusable. We're wasting people's lives — and making all of us poorer.
It's time to end the cycle of dependency that our system breeds. And Ryan's plan would do just that.
So why are the media already calling Ryan's plan radical, while his so-called progressive congressional colleagues say they won't even consider it?
This is craziness. Our welfare system is, at best, dysfunctional, and, at worst, cruel, trapping millions of Americans in dead-end lives and making them virtual wards of the federal government.
Time for the welfare state as we know it to end. Ryan's plan is a great place to start.

Immigration Law

*New Immigration Laws*
1. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools.
2. All ballots will be in this nation's language.
3. All government business will be conducted in our language.
4. Non-residents will NOT have the right to vote no matter how long they are here.
5. Non-citizens will NEVER be able to hold political office.
6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or any other government assistance programs. Any who are a burden will be deported.
7. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount at least equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.
8. If foreigners come here and buy land, their options will be restricted. Certain parcels including waterfront property are reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.
9. Foreigners may have NO protests; NO demonstrations, NO waving of a foreign flag, no political organizing, NO bad-mouthing our president or his policies. These will lead to deportation.
10. If you do come to this country illegally, you will be actively hunted and, when caught, sent to jail until your deportation can be arranged. All assets will be taken from you.

Too strict.?  The above laws are the current immigration laws of MEXICO.!  If it's good for American's to obey Mexican laws, then it's good vice versa.!!!

This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on. An idea whose time has come: Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. The self-serving must stop. This is a good way to do that. It is an idea whose time has come. Have each person contact a minimum of twenty people on their address list, in turn ask each of those to do likewise.

In three days, most people in The United States of America will have read the message. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

You are one of my 20.  If you don't have twenty, pass it on to whatever number you can.!
"The problems we face today exist because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by those who vote for a living."

Immigration?

Some Television and Radio stations have raised concerns over the current influx of immigration across the southern border. The possibility of terrorists is a high concern. However there are immediate impacts to school systems. WBZ, the Boston CBS affiliate, reported via the internet experiences of the town of Chelsea in Massachusetts with regard to their school system and the impact of immigration.
Chelsea is a city with a population of approximately 39,000 like many other USA communities. Chelsea School’s Superintendent Dr. Mary Bourque has said; “There’s been a dramatic increase for us from January of this year through the closing of schools which was last week,” In January 2014, Chelsea had 5500 students, but ended the year with 6200 pupils. Undocumented immigrants, coming from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala contributed to the greater than 13% increase. The enrollment problem is a tip of the iceberg. The new student need to be vaccinated. They have social diseases as well as violence experiences. Are they being sent to their families or volunteers that need to be vetted? Will Obama’s three plus billion plan solve the problem, which seems to have been created by his associates?
In Gloucester County there are Washington Township and West Deptford with populations of approximately 49,000 and 29,000 respectively. What will happen if these towns see a ten percent increase in school enrollment over a six month period? Will Obama’s three plus billion plan solve the problem? More important why are these people. Whether children on young adults being encouraged to journey a thousand plus miles to an uncertain future? Why are there no receiving families meeting them at the border?
Remember the murdered Border Agent. Remember the job creation failures. Remember the health care program. Remember the Benghazi murders. Where did we get this President?

Next Meeting

The next meeting of the Gloucester County Tea Party will be Wednesday, July 23, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Gloucester County Library, 389 Wolfert Station Road; Mullica Hill, NJ.

Our speaker will be Dr. Jerome Huyler, Asst. Professor, Seton Hall University, who will give a timely talk for a troubled time.  The talk is "A Country In Crisis: So what's to be done?".  He will present a plan to restore our founding principles and cut federal spending without cutting essential services.
