Eileen Hart hearing changed

The hearing date for Eileen Hart, charged with terroristic threats,has been reset for June 10, 2013. It will be held at the Cumberland Salem Regional Municipal Court in Upper Deerfield, NJ.
The lady was protesting property taxes. Some thing everyone should be concerned with. 
The process should become simplified. Stop requiring home walk-through's. Think of the savings to your tax dollars.
If the tax assessing contractors looked at lot sizes and volume there would be no need to spend the efforts of going through your homes.

Dear Mr. Obama: Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed?  Funny, I thought they

were Native American Indians.  Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day?  Sorry again, those

were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.  Can you show me one Muslim signature on the: United States

Constitution?  Declaration of Independence?  Bill of Rights?  Didn't think so.  Did Muslims fight for this country's

freedom from England?  No, they did not.  Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America?  No,

they did not.  In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery.  Your own half-brother, a

devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as

"pug nosed slaves."  Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family's "rich Islamic heritage," doesn't

it Mr. Obama?  Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country?  Not present.  There are no pictures

or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of

Civil Rights.  Where were Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage era?  Again, not present.  In fact, devout

Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture.  So much so, that often they are beaten

for not wearing the 'hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband.  Yep, the

Muslims are all for women's rights, aren't they?  Where were Muslims during World War II?  They were aligned with

Adolf Hitler!  The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from

the Nazi's in killing Jews.  Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept 11th 2001?   If they weren't flying planes

into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East.  No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day.  Strangely, the very "moderate" Muslims whose asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th, were stone cold silent post 9-11.

To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.  And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the "rich

heritage" Muslims have here in America... Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates.... They were Muslims.

And now we can add November 5, 2009 - the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is

a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan!

That, Mr. Obama is the "Muslim heritage" in America!!!”

Faced with a tough primary re-election battle with a fellow incumbent Democrat, U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-8th Dist.) has reached into his election bag of tricks and pulled out the one he hopes will turn it all around — the tea party.
No, the congressman isn’t running with the tea party; he’s running against it. And that could make the difference for him. Gone are the days when the tea party hoped to be a bridge between the parties of those fed up with "politics as usual." Nowadays, the tea party is viewed by many voters — especially swing voters — as angry, divisive, partisan and, in some instances, racist.
It’s not hard to see why. Tea party websites post representations of President Obama as a ghetto pimp. E-mails compare the first lady to a chimpanzee. Until recently, one website had a whole section devoted to "racial issues." And while most tea party members steer clear of this, some of the biggest mouths in the movement promote it.
Then there’s the problem of Facebook — that ubiquitous gateway for those whose mouths (or fingers) are not connected to their brains. One tea party leader recently "facebooked" about an altercation she had with a mother and daughter that ended with the mother being called "an ugly lib." The proud tea party posted it and won support from those who don’t understand what that kind of thing is doing to their movement.
Go on the Facebook pages of some of these tea party groups and you’ll find references to "shooting lefties." One group posted a photo of its Obama punching bag. Really, a punching bag? There’s an image to win over swing voters: Middle-aged tea partiers punching and kicking the president’s picture. I bet the Taliban has one just like it in one of their caves on the Afghan-Pakistan border.

Look, I don’t like Barack Obama, and I darn well don’t like his policies, but he is the president. To the rest of the world, he is the face of America and that’s just the way it’s going to be until we have an election. One thing is certain: We won’t win that election if some of our friends in the tea party keep up their antics.
It didn’t start out this way. There was a time when the tea party represented a hope for conservatives and for America. The tea party started out as a grassroots reaction to the liberalism of the new administration in Washington and its overreaching programs. The new movement focused on the bailout, cap-and-trade and Obamacare. Across the country, there was a kind of awakening among those who had been disconnected from the political process.
Unfortunately, there were so many new volunteers, they burst the old pathways of activism, spreading in all directions. Existing conservative groups simply couldn’t organize them quickly enough and, without a leadership to provide focus, dozens of local warlords — each with his or her view of the world — began to call the shots.
In place of the old Reagan coalition, we now have many tribes. The chiefs of these tribes do not have much political experience. Many didn’t even bother to vote before 2009 and most will tell you that they "woke up" only after the election of President Obama. They don’t understand that democracy — especially representative democracy — requires patience and compromise. That’s the way a republic works.
Conspiracy theories abound. Neophytes nurture distrust toward anyone active before 2009. Veteran conservatives are attacked simply because they were fighting for conservative principles back when many in the tea party couldn’t be bothered to vote.
It is too early to tell how this will turn out. The tea party could incorporate itself into the larger conservative movement, adding new strength, or it could go down its own road — making eccentric demands of candidates that destroy their prospects for election. Oddly enough, we faced this before. Back then, Ronald Reagan and Bill Buckley drove out the conspiracy theorists and racists — and the modern conservative movement was born.

Concerns Deleted from Letter to Editor of April 13,2013

Unemployment recovery continues like a snail. The automobile industry bail outs remain un-paid. Fannie and Freddie are looking to resume high risk mortgages. Un-elected EPA employees issue rules that increase; utility bills, cost of gasoline, and the price of an automobile.  Immigration laws are being circumvented while law abiding immigrants trudge through the tedious processes as they work to become citizens. 

 The UN is trying to ban our ownership of our guns. No I am not a weapon owner but I find these an assault on our rights. The UN’s Agenda 21 is being forced upon us and our property rights. 

We have a Secretary of State that worked with Hanoi Jane. The Affordable Care Act cost forecasts are intolerable to the average household. We have no federal budget for years, yet there are three proposals that are miles from reconciliation. Warnings for Social Security and Medicare cuts continue by thieving politicians who took the money and put it into the general fund. We have no answers for ‘Benghazi’, and ‘Fast and Furious’.

Washington does not care about the grandchildren of the United States. Tell our President, Senators, Congress-men and women to resolve the above, and give us the answers we deserve. It is un-American for us to be treated this way. If they don’t fix our problems; confiscate their fat election funds and give them to the Treasury.

Dear Ms. Pelosi:

I write to you out of utter disdain! You are as despicable and un-American as the traitor Jane Fonda.

I am a soon to be 65 year-old who has voted in every state and local election since 1966. I have voted for both Republicans and Democrats alike. I have worked on campaigns for both Republicans and Democrats, white and black. I served the country that I love in Vietnam , as my son did in the Middle East . I was awarded two bronze stars. I have been involved in politics since age 6 when my father was campaign manager for a truly great American Congressman, Charles Raper Jonas, who worked for his constituents and his country, and was to be admired, unlike you.

You obviously havent read the Constitution recently, if ever, the Federalist Papers, or even David McCulloughs book on John Adams. You ought to take the time while riding around in your government provided luxury executive jet to do just that. You represent Socialistic and even Marxist principals that our founding fathers tried to avoid when setting out the capitalistic republican form of government represented by our Constitution.

I find it interesting that you and your husband are multi-millionaires with much of your fortune being made as a result of your public service. You have controlled legislation that has enhanced your husbands investments both on and off shore. At the same time you redistributed the wealth of others. Our system of a free market economy is being destroyed by the likes of you, Harry Reid, and now our President. You ride around in a Gulfstream airplane at the tax payers expense while criticizing the presidents of companies who produced something for the economy. You add nothing to the economy of the United States ; you only subtract therefrom.

I would like to suggest that you return to the city of fruitcakes and nuts and eat your husbands’ canned tuna and pineapple produced by illegal immigrants and by workers who have been excluded from the protection that 90% of the legal workers in the United States have.

I await your defeat in the next election with glee...

Don ’t ever use the term un-American again for protesters who love this country and are exercising their rights upon which this country was founded. By the way, while I served in the Army, I was spit on by the same type of lunatics who support you and who you probably supported in the 60s and 70s. You are an embarrassment to all of us who served so that you would have the protected right of free speech to call us un-American. But at the same time, I have the right to write you to notify you that I consider you to be un-American, as do the majority of the people of this formerly great country. You are a true disgrace to most of the people who served this country by offering themselves for public service in the United States Congress.

I feel certain your aides will not share this letter with you, but I intend to share it with many...
