Counting Simply

NJ in 2019, with a population of 9,006,000, our Governor Murphy (D) fought to increase the state budget by 2. 5 Billion, or an increase of $277.56 per person. But that is simple mathematics. Simple because, out of 9 million people how many pay taxes to the state? The Social Security or retiree recipients are not taxed unless they have an income greater than $60k. How many of the 9 million are not required to file taxes, such as children.
By the way how many residents were not included in the 9,006,000? Simply
