Today is Memorial Day

Today is the day we honor the people who served and died for our nation.  On this day across our nation flags were placed at graves in the Military Cemeteries across our land.

Memorial ceremony of “Laying the Wreath at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier is a notable time.  There stood two Sentries of the solemn wreath and military representations. Notable is their steadfast attention of not moving: not breathing motion, blinking nor wavering, throughout their duty in station. Their Station immobility was reflective of the Tombs Representative Honored in the Hereafter for Eternity.  Following the symbolism came the mournful reverence of the twenty-four note Taps, “Extinguish Lights”.
