Gloucester County Tea Party
Meeting Minutes, June 27, 2012

The meeting was opened by Rose Wakemen leading the group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Frank Solis lead the meeting with a brief prayer, citing our need from above to turn our country onto the proper path as founded two hundred plus years ago.
Freeholder Mr. Larry Wallace attended with Ms. Margie Love, republican Candidate for Freeholder and The honorable Richard Hickey Candidate for County surrogate.
Margie Love is a business owner in Gloucester County. Judge Hickey, a registered attorney with over forty years of experience cited that he will perform the duties without the need, as the current surrogate needs, to hire an attorney for the functions of the office.
Larry Wallace, who is now the Chairman of the Gloucester County Republican Party, related how the pendulum in the county has swung away from the Democrat Control and in doing so West Deptford has found that large sums of bonded funds are difficult to trace. Another problem is the ledger township expenditures, has not been kept for over six years.
Larry recommended that interested parties can Google Him.
Next month additional candidates will attend our meeting.
The candidate addresses to the attendees was followed by a three part presentation by Mr. Peter Boyce. Peter Boyce is an inventor with great interest in wave energy. He presented a video of the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of rights with emphasis on our form of government is a Republic, a rule of laws. Mr. Boyce also explained the involvement of the United Nations and their initiative ‘Agenda – 21” and how they tend to be highly Socialistic and restrictive of private property ownership and pro-gun-control. People are urged to become educated regarding the United Nation’s ‘ICLEI’ and how anti American it is. Contact the NJ representatives and senators. This is urgent.
Attendees were asked to sign the Gregory Horton, petition for term limits. Mr. Horton is candidate for the House of Representatives from the NJ 1st District. The petition is consistent with his pledges of; term limits, balanced budget, and congressional enrolment in Social Security.
