The link is a very interesting video about Philadelphia and the area. It shows what once was. An added point is how the Delaware was the tributary to the largest inland port. Look at the industy and see the names of the companies long gone. See fifty plus years of changes, and ask were the changes legislated either directly or indirectly? Remember the dredging of the Delaware. Watch ships being loaded with our goods, instead of today they are being unloaded with someone else's products.
