Is the
Immigration problem Trump’s fault? The following was written in November 17,
2014.
“Obama is
on the verge of modifying immigration regulations. Pundits are talking against
and for his action. The News media does not say with certainty what will be
modified. Are they guessing what our
president will pull out of his hat?
Getting
off of an airplane, walking away from a bus, climbing a fence, strolling across
the borders, wading ashore, are not legal forms of immigration. By the recent
decades we are being invaded. We fear that the invasion is not terrorist free. What
is the true purpose of the presidents and congress’ desire to revise our
immigration regulations? I suspect the true reason is that immigration has gone
so far astray from legitimate control and enforcement that we have allowed our country’s
immigration and naturalization enforcements, and welfare systems to become more
of a problem than a system.
The
advantages to these invaders are blocks of illegal residents, their relatives,
and liberal friends or supporters, who will politic for more handouts and
recognition. New Jersey, Our State, recently gave the children of illegals rights
to the state’s college tuition for residents. The children of the invasions are
entitled to health care, subsistence, and education. Cities, like our neighbor
Philadelphia, have openly refused to turnover found illegals to ICE. States are
issuing driver licenses regardless of illegal immigration status. Ask your
automobile insurance company what impact of this blindfolded approach does to
your rate. When will governments, and
the press, demand protection and legislation for our rights, with the same
concern for your children and grandchildren?”
