Do we need a Census?

We in the United State of America are subject to the census each tenth year.
As originally stated in our Constitution;
Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they shall by law direct. The number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty thousand, but each state shall have at least one Representative; and until such enumeration shall be made,”
Yes the founding fathers wanted to know how many people, taxed and un-taxed, and how many Congress members are to be determined. If we count persons who are not citizens without determining who are citizens what good is the census?
As a citizen I want the government to be representative of the population count as originally designed.
If Californians and New Yorker's and Illinoisans want to count illegal immigrants as citizens let them keep a separate set of books. We as citizens of the United States want to be counted accurately. We want the correct number of Congressional Representatives based upon LEGAL United States voting populations.

This is an essential principal of the TEA PARTY  in CONCEPTION as a POLITICAL IDEALIST MOVEMENT.
