HOW can We and NJ become more effective this year?

New Jersey elections and we Americans receive the short end of the stick. We have a governor that is continually disappointing. Not because he is a Republican, but he does not live up to Republican ideals and has earned the title of RINO. Continually New Jersey voters endorse Democrats that perform as past Democrats and the ones that resigned rather than face embarrassment such as Rob Andrews. Yet, rather than look for an honest face in the crowd we elected the politically connected Don Norcross. New Jersey Voters continually choose more politics as usual. We only need to look at our Senators who have continued in office for decades. We had a Senator about to go to jail so the Democrats called retired Frank Lautenberg. After his abbreviated term NJ elected a man called Booker from Newark where he served as mayor. Upon election he no longer resides in the big city of Newark. I wonder why?
Menendez has apparently written to the State Department and Department of Homeland Security on the brothers' behalf, arguing that they'd been targeted for political reasons. Relatives of the brothers gave $10,000 to Menendez and $100,000 to the Democratic Party in 2012 — but there's no public evidence that a quid pro quo exists.” (http://www.thewire.com/politics/2014/01/your-2014-guide-scandals-surrounding-new-jersey-senator-bob-menendez/357360/)
Look at the 4th State Legislature District. We have a man from the party that claims representation of the poor who draws pensions and salaries from the tax payer coffers of approximately ¼ million dollars. This is the politico that endorsed, along with assemblyman Moriarty, the novice who was not a sufficiently tenured resident for the assembly. Two politicians who should have known better. Yet, they established a PAC that financed the candidacy of Mosquera.
Recently we learned that the policeman who arrested Mr. Moriarty was found not guilty of the politically charged retributions for daring to arrest Mister Moriarty. If Moriarty had complied with the complied with the sobriety test tax payer dollars would have been spared. Now the law suit the Township might need to defend will cost more tax payer dollars.
Is it time for Tea Party to begin stronger support or campaigns of our own candidates? It is realized that the two party system avoids splitting votes but somehow we must end the string of Democrats that are more of the same.  We need Candidates of Strength and moral rectitude.
