Campaign 2020

We, as a nation, have debts in our credit cards, college loans, new car loans, and a long list of items. We have a long list of Democrat politicians such as Cory Booker, Jerry Brown, Oprah Winfrey, or Bernie Sanders. Many of whom would promise free education.  What else will the liberals promise for 2020? Has the time come for greater promises from Washington?
After the collapse of 2009 the government sent us checks of several hundred dollars, bailed out automobile companies and printed dollars under the guise of quantitative easing, some banks collapsed and others were supported all because Fannie May and Freddie Mac had mortgages beyond survival. Eventually and very gradually, our nation’s economy tried to recover.
With the revolution of Donald Trump’s election, optimism returned to Wall Street. What is ahead is a crystal ball’s possibilities. But is the 2020 campaign urges debt forgiveness’s, whether for mortgages, college loans or other obligations be certain your Grandchildren are protected.
Our nation needs to and must cure its debt problems by frugal action and not the stroke of a pen by the denizens of Washington. Banks are in the business of lending dollars and collecting the interest in payments. The gold standard of our nation is not the metal stored in Fort Knox but the honesty and integrity of our citizens. Beware of the Bernie’s, Jerry’s and Cory’s that promise free everything. The advertisements are all over warning the Stock market will collapse. Personal integrity of the debtors is the bulwark that can prevent a collapse bigger than anything  \of the past.
Oprah cannot give everyone a cure of the new cars.
