Prosecute violation of the 4TH AMMENDMENT

Our President made his first State of the Union Speech On Tuesday January 30, 2018. The following day talking heads and print media criticized his speech. Personally many of us found the speech very encouraging. President Trump presented Heroes and victims from within our nation as well as from Korea. When he presented facts opponents insulted by no applauding regardless that applause can be a method of expressing agreement of the facts. When plans for the future were presented again disagreement was stern and rejecting.
The following day politicians hurled rejections and insults not unlike their slime of the 2017 term. After one full year of opposition insults and claims of Trump Collusion with Russian supposed influence to defeat the Democrat Candidate not one shred of evidence has been presented. The key position has been mudslinging by their FISA spying on Trump’s campaign through an unlawful Warrant for which prosecution should be instituted against those who presented false evidence to a FISC Judge.
Before any one lectures you about President Trump hand them a copy of the 4th Amendment. The spying violated Trump’s campaign associates wight to privacy based upon a fallacious Dossier.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
