The bloated Government.

When the writers of our Declaration of Independence, Constitution of the United States of America, it’s first Ten Amendments we know as the Bill of Rights; did they have any intent that politicians would administer our government as a pay to play way of life? They entered into the documents the principles of limited government and personal freedoms.

Today we are reading and hearing of influence pedaling systems run from a high level of our Federal Government. We hear of the NJEA withholding of donations to the New Jersey Senate’s President until they receive favorable treatment. In Gloucester County election of 2015 there was the expenditure of $660,000 to seat three freeholders. Money flows from businesses, professional corporations, other office holders, public employee unions, the trade unions, and most insidious of all is from foreign governments. All for their favors.

Several years ago a NJ Congressman was embarrassed into resignation by his personal use of election funds. NJ then elected another highly funded newcomer from a political influence family. What the average voter does not seem to understand is the politicians raise funds to get elected and then they vote favorably for their donor’s desires or welfare's.

Who should be elected is our choice. Either vote them out, or campaign for your favors. Add to those choices strict enforcement of rule violations with mandatory jail terms. My parents taught me you can go to hell for lying and cheating.
