Every Democrat Senate Candidate to Vote Against Mandate: Why?

CNN is reporting that every Democrat Senate candidate up for re-election in 2014 is going to vote to delay the individual mandate for Obamacare.

Now why exactly is that? Did they finally have time to read the bill after passing it?
